Welcome to Atul Holidays. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of tours, travel packages, transportation and other travel-related services arranged by Atul Holidays. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.
By submitting a booking request, confirming a reservation or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable terms and conditions.
Atul Holidays provides travel-related services, including sightseeing tours, tour packages, transportation arrangements and other travel experiences, subject to availability and the terms communicated during the booking process.
All bookings are subject to confirmation and the applicable payment, cancellation and service conditions.
The specific itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, pricing and other arrangements communicated in your booking confirmation will form part of your booking agreement.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Atul Holidays.
Customers must review the itinerary, travel dates, services included, exclusions and total price before confirming a booking.
Any advance payment, balance payment deadline or additional charge will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger details, contact information and travel requirements.
Requests for changes after confirmation are subject to availability, supplier approval and any applicable additional charges.
Failure to complete the required payment within the agreed timeframe may result in the cancellation of a provisional booking, subject to the communicated booking terms.
If you need to cancel a confirmed tour or travel package, you must notify Atul Holidays in writing using the official contact details provided on our website or in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation charges depend on the type of booking and the time remaining before the scheduled arrival date. The applicable cancellation terms should be communicated before payment and confirmation.
The following cancellation charges reflect the schedule in the existing Atul Holidays policy:
60 days or more before arrival: 15% of the total tour or service cost.
59–30 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour or service cost.
29–15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour or service cost.
14 days or fewer before arrival: No refund, including applicable no-show cases where the policy has been disclosed and accepted.
The following cancellation charges reflect the existing group booking policy:
60 days or more before arrival: 25% of the total tour or service cost.
59–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour or service cost.
29 days or fewer before arrival: No refund, including applicable no-show cases where the policy has been disclosed and accepted.
The applicable cancellation charge will be calculated according to the confirmed booking terms. Any service fee, supplier charge or other deduction must be disclosed before the booking is confirmed and must not conflict with the agreed cancellation schedule or applicable law.
Bookings made during peak travel periods, including Christmas, New Year and major festivals, may be subject to special cancellation conditions.
Any special or non-refundable conditions must be communicated clearly before payment. Customers should review the applicable terms before confirming a peak-season or festival booking.
A no-show occurs when a customer fails to arrive at the agreed meeting point or does not use a confirmed service without providing notice in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
Where the no-show condition and its financial consequences were disclosed and accepted before booking, the applicable cancellation policy may apply.
Customers should contact Atul Holidays as soon as possible if they expect to be delayed or cannot attend a scheduled service.
Requests to change travel dates, passenger details, destinations, transportation, accommodation arrangements or other confirmed services are subject to availability and supplier approval.
Additional charges may apply where changes result in increased supplier costs or require new reservations.
If a requested change cannot be accommodated, the cancellation terms applicable to the original booking will apply unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in writing.
Refunds for cancelled or unused services are governed by the applicable cancellation terms, the confirmed booking details and the conditions of the relevant service provider.
Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
Applicable cancellation charges and disclosed non-refundable supplier fees may be deducted where permitted by the agreed booking terms and applicable law.
Refund processing may take approximately 5–6 weeks, depending on banking procedures, payment providers and supplier confirmations.
Customers may be asked to provide their booking reference or additional information required to process a refund.
Customers will be informed if a material delay affects the processing of an approved refund.
The stated processing period is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Any minimum service charge or separate administrative fee must be clearly disclosed before booking and applied consistently with the agreed cancellation policy and applicable law.
Flight bookings are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the relevant airline.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the ticket type and applicable airline rules.
Date changes, name corrections and other amendments may incur additional charges.
Certain fares may be non-refundable or may have restricted change conditions.
Flight delays, schedule changes and cancellations are handled according to the applicable airline policies and procedures.
Customers should review the applicable fare conditions before confirming a flight booking.
Wildlife safaris, national park visits, sanctuary entry permits and related activities are subject to availability and the rules of the relevant park, sanctuary or authorised booking authority.
Safari permits may be non-refundable or subject to specific cancellation restrictions.
Date changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable authority’s rules.
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Visitors must follow park regulations, safety instructions and the directions of authorised personnel.
Applicable safari and permit conditions should be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
Customers must carry valid identification and any permits or travel documents required for their booked services.
Depending on the service and applicable regulations, required documents may include:
Foreign nationals: A valid passport, applicable visa and other required entry documents.
Indian nationals: A valid government-issued photo ID accepted by the relevant service provider.
Additional requirements: Documents requested by airlines, hotels, wildlife authorities or other authorised service providers.
Document requirements may vary according to the service and destination. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their documents are valid and available when required.
International visitors should verify applicable Indian visa and entry requirements through official government sources before travelling.
Travel itineraries may occasionally require adjustments due to weather, traffic, operational conditions, attraction closures, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If a material change affects a confirmed booking, Atul Holidays will communicate the relevant information and discuss suitable alternatives where reasonably possible.
Any change in price, itinerary or service arrangements will be handled according to the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.
Certain travel arrangements may be fulfilled by independent airlines, hotels, transport operators, guides, attractions and other service providers.
Such services may be subject to their own terms, availability requirements and operating conditions. Relevant supplier-specific conditions should be communicated to customers before confirmation wherever applicable.
